Private Offices
Our private offices are individual, lockable rooms equipped with desks, chairs, and sometimes additional furnishings. They offer a quiet, dedicated space for teams or individuals who require privacy, confidentiality, or reduced distractions while working.
Open Workspace Area
Our open workspace area is a shared, communal space within the House of Blockchain. It consists of rows of desks, workstations, and seating arrangements where individuals can work either collaboratively or independently. This area encourages interaction among members and fosters a dynamic, creative atmosphere.
Meeting rooms
Our meeting rooms in are specially designed spaces equipped with audiovisual equipment, conference tables, and comfortable seating. They are suitable for hosting meetings, presentations, video conferences, and discussions, providing a professional setting for collaborative work.
Lounge Areas
Our Launge Areas are comfortable seating zones designed for relaxation, informal meetings, or casual work. They feature sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a cozy ambiance, creating a space for members to unwind and socialize.
Kitchen and Refreshment Stations
The Kitchen is equipped with amenities like coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves. Members can use these facilities to prepare meals, enjoy a coffee break, or have informal chats with colleagues. We sometimes do a community cookout and usually something epic comes out of that. Last time we invented Korean Burek.
Parking space on demand
Parking is always a pain in the ass, especially in some areas of the city. Our area is not an exception, every morning there is a race to find parking spots. Sometimes it’s fun, most of the time it’s not, so we made sure you dont need to go trough that every morning. We have partnered up with WePark who has available parking slots nearby. One less stressful thing averted. Note : parkling spaces are paid separately - directly to WePark.
Event Spaces
Our event spaces are versatile areas suitable for hosting workshops, seminars, networking events, and social gatherings. They are often equipped with audiovisual equipment and flexible seating arrangements to accommodate various event formats.

Mail Handling & Reception services
Members can use the coworking address for business correspondence or mail delivery. Staff will receive and manage mail and packages on behalf of members.

A reliable and fast Wi-Fi network is crucial for a coworking space to ensure productivity, satisfaction, and the overall success of the space. We also understand the realities of running a validator node or any other blockchain service so we upped the internet with a backup link with promisse of 99.9% uptime
Printers that work
Wait, what? Your printers really work? We know it sounds wild, but yes, they do. Printing facilities in our coworking space include equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Parking on request
We understand the everyday struggle of trying to find parking space, that’s why we partnered up with neighbouring parking providers and negotiated special terms for all our members.
